Important Note: These application software contains a file 'VncHooks.DLL' inside it, it is not a virus. Your Anti-Virus software may identify it as a Virus, which is a false positive warning. That file is used by this app to do the remote admin/assistance work, more faster and better.
And when this software will connect to the remote operator's computer, then your Desktop screen color may/will change, which is normal. A desktop screen, with less/lower colors will allow this software in your computer and the software in the remote operator's computer, to work much faster, even when your internet connection's bandwidth/speed is lower.

Then save it on your Desktop, right click on it, select "Decompress" or "Unzip" or "Extract". After decompression, go inside the "AtkCnctNow_Drv32" or "MirrorGraphicsDrv..." folder, then go inside folder of your Operating System, and run or double click on the "Install", or "Install.bat".
If you are instructed to load these drivers, then load it before running the "Atikotek_ConnectNow_v...".
Mirror drivers disable the Video Hardware Acceleration while active connection.
May conflict with your hardware+software existing setup.

Important Note : If you are using Firewall or similar security protection software, other than the Windows Firewall, then such firewall software should/may popup/prompt with a window, for obtaining your permission, to Allow or Disallow this software (ConnectNow Atikotek winvnc), please Allow it to communicate (outbound), with our 'atikotek.com' server. Similar steps should be applied for Windows Firewall as well.

Optional Steps for Advanced level Users ONLY : If you know or you are Comfortable with Router or similar device Configuration, and Network configuration, then prepare/configure the computer where you're having problem, to use a static (fixed) IP address, and then configure your router to forward one network Port out of these ports (59O2, 59O3 or 59O4), toward that computer's static IP address. And then Call us.

Optional Steps for Advanced level Users ONLY : If you use Win XP (or Vista or 2003 Server) and also use many applications/software simultaneously at the same time, which are connected to Internet or depends on Internet connections, then you may need to apply the "Event4226" patch, to stop excessive event message such as EventID 4226, and to remove restriction(s) implemented/imposed by Microsoft on amount of Internet Connection per second. This restriction is intended to stop (accidental) spam like activity from any computer software. But real spammer(s) or those who exploits such systems, already knows & use various way. Your email's inbox or spam or junk folder is a proof of that. Can u guess, the same message was sent to how many people ? So such restriction(s) in reality, now actually affecting regular users only.
