How we work :
When a customer/client calls us, or our representative
follows up a callback, or when a customer places an online service order,
we first try to asses what type of problem that you're having or what is it that
you're trying to setup or install or solve, etc, then our representative
will inform you, what options, solutions and related work fees or rates are
available.
If you agree, our representative will visit your location, and, will do
one more on-location assessment, re-evaluation of options, solutions, etc.
Our representative will start begin to work on solving the problem,
After you agree and sign on the paper which have your problem description
& work agreement.
After the problem has been solved or the installation has been finished,
you can pay the due amount with your credit card.
After the work has been completed, we need a feedback call immediately
from you into our toll-free number, and leave a message, telling us about
the quality of the work/job, and whether if
you're satisfied or not, or the work has been done perfectly or not, or the work
has been done adequately or not, etc. This helps us to provide our customers
like you with better services, servicing-engineer, servicing-technician that
you deserve and expect.
If a repairing work requires a new component, then either it will be
collected from the Stores, or, if we were carrying it, that will be
applied. If you have or want to have your own component to be
implemented, simply request the technician.
Depending on the type of work, our technician will also provide you
the information related to configuration or changes. So you know and
in possession of your own configuration, passwords, etc.
