and/or recurring and/or distant clients.

Remote assistance requires an initial non-refundable fee of
$10, before we can start working on your problem.
If you're already Atikotek's existing customer, then please first
open a ticket for help and goto step 2.
But if you're looking for Atikotek's help for the First time, then
please (step:1) call us, and find out if your problem can be
solved over the Internet, and if your problem qualifies for remote repair
solution. Find out the total fee required for the solution.
Then specify problem type and pay initial amount by placing
a work order.
After that (step:2) you will receive a password in your
email, or in a message in your mobile phone, or use
"Help Center" web page to ask or
(text-based) chat with a tech-support representative, or call us to find
the password.
When you have obtained the password (Step:3) Call us first,
or Stay in line, and then proceed to (step:4) this web
page (HelpMeAtikotek) and specify the user name
& password. But if you were given Option 2, then goto this
webpage (ConnectNow), and use the password during
making connection, when prompted.
Now you will need to (step:5) download a small utility
software.
Then HelpMeAtikotek or ConnectNow will allow our technician/engineer
to (step:6) implement the solution to solve your
problem.
In some problem situation, a technician or an engineer personnel must
have to be present on your place to implement the solution.
After the solution, you will be (step:7) charged
again, this time with the total amount of fee for the problem
that you were having, where we will minus (take out) that initial amount
($10).
